Fabrication and assembly of metallic structures

Fabrication of all kinds of metallic structures according to the AISC (American Institute of Steel Construction) and the WAS (American Welding Society) norms, with the latest generation numeric control equipment, which ensures us an outstanding quality and precision.
Roof covering and galvanized steel sheet walls

SSR roof system (standing seam roof) with insulation either rigid or flexible, roof covering systems insulated by two metal layers with insulation, insulated panels prefabricated for walls and roof, corrugated iron of exposed fastening for walls.
Insulated System

Systems for roof covering and walls from galvanized steel sheets or pre-painted, combined with insulation either rigid or flexible, providing thermal insulation to the building with the durability and strength of steel.
SSR concealed fastening system.

System rolled in site from tapes of galvanized steel sheet or pre-painted. Made in one piece from ridge to the gutter, with hidden fastening system based on sliding thermal clips to absorb expansions. Side slap bound tightly ensuring weather-tightness 100% and minimum maintenance cost.
Steel Deck System

Steel deck combined with concrete working as a composite section taking advantage of the characteristics of both materials. Excellent solution for residential, industrial and commercial floor, giving to the project construction process more versatility and speed.

In In Acesta we have the technical and human capacity to respond in an agile and timely way to each one of our client’s necessities anywhere they are located.

Specialised technical personnel designs and fabricates up to 2000 tons of metallic structures per month, according to the specifications on each project.

In order to satisfy the expectations and necessities of our clients, we have two fabrication plants. La Tijera, with 3 hectares located at the periphery zone of Guadalajara, with a production area de 7,100 m² and our new plant in San Isidro Mazatepec, which has a surface of 6 hectares, with a production area of production area de 15,000 m². Both of them are equipped with numeric control machinery to the cutting and drilling of beams, plates and steel shapes.
